The app has had an issue for the last few updates, in the "Select Bank" menu when one wants to make transfers. Selecting "Other Banks" makes the app freeze for a couple of minutes. After that, tapping the search bar causes another freeze. Then after typing the bank to search for, it takes another couple of minutes to find that bank. Also, make the 3 banks above "Other Banks" be the most frequently used banks by the user, or the most popular banks, instead of having to search everytime.

I used this app for a while, and then just like that it no longer opens. I wrote a email to customer service about the problem. They asked for any errors codes, of which there none. The app tries to open and then failing in the attempt, I am returned to my phone's home screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still experiencing the same problem.

StirUpYourPurpose
This is a very useless app. After the upgrade this app no longer works on my tablet and cannot be upgraded since it is no longer supported. I have installed on my phone but cannot get the OTP to unlink the table but it takes about 20 mins for the OTP to be delivered and by then it times out. Have also tried to login online through the browser same issue now close to 3 days and cannot access my account. Called customer and no feedback or resolution. This is very unreliable!!!
