Ratings and reviews

Have been encountering neverending technical issues with the new Starhub set-up box after I upgraded and recontracted with Starhub. The news ticker scrolling at the bottom of the screen in news channels is blur and jerky. The technical support team has been calling me every 2 days to check if the issues have been resolved. As of today, I have received no less than 6 calls and one on-site visit by their technician. Nothing has been resolved.

I would give 0 star if possible. stupid max session error cannot be resolved. clear cached, uninstalled, log out and log in all don't work. get your act toget starhub!!!!!!

the mobile app is laggy. app on TV is worst, very slow to react. please work to improve. the company is so rich yet cannot afford a good app.
