I been taking this bus for years. Customer service is amazing. Bathroom was a lil smelly but the ride was great they got me there on time sometimes before the time we are supposed to arrive. im gonna rock with BBBUS UNTIL THE WHEEL FALL OFF

the ride was comfortable, I sat in the back by the bathroom, the only problem was the door flew open a couple of times then became stuck making it impossible for the patrons to use it, this would make those with bladder difficulties very uncomfortable otherwise it was great, looking forward to the next time.

Absolutely zero way this app has such a high rating. A of the 5 star reviews are most certainly fake. Highly recommend you choose another bus service- BBBus was genuinely the worse ride of my life. Extremely late arrival time, unsafe, loud driver and passengers. Not worth it even for the price.
