Ratings and reviews

The new version has multiple issues like price refreshing, watchlist loading, UI-UX issue and many more. It is a more bulky application which I have ever seen. Data migration issue, multiple features are not available which was in the old app. In the initial days the application was not working properly and no one was bothered about resolution and even called back after connecting the support team, at least provide better service to your client.

The application keeps crashing. The interface is very slow and keeps lagging.

I’m very satisfied with the service provided by @NAVITHA ma'am@ from StoxBox. She always gives timely trading suggestions and stays connected during market hours without any delay. The app is smooth and user-friendly, and while minor technical issues happen sometimes, the support team is always helpful.
