Ratings and reviews

The app was fine, however over the last couple of weeks, when we need information the most due to the pandemic, the app keeps blocking me. I have an account and called tech support several times, they are aware of the problem but have down nothing to fix it. This is absolutely inexcusable during a time when we need information more than we ever have.

I subscribe through Google app, I started having all kind of problems even though my credit card is being bill. I then cancel my subscription and subscribe directly through the app. They are billing my credit card and it shows that I am not subscribed. Shame on you sunsentinel. It shouldn't be this difficult and I am sure I am not the only one with this problem

I love the articles from Sun Sentinel, but I cannot access them when they are posted in Facebook. I keep getting an error message that they're not compatible with Google and that I need to contact the developer. The other problem is that when I tried to email the developer with the contact information given here, I had the email returned because it says it's the wrong email address. -_-
