This is a scam. I called to cancel the subscription in January. I agreed to accept delivery because I had paid through April 9. They keep charging me. I've called customer service twice in the last couple of weeks and they promise that there is no subscription, but somehow I keep owing more money for a subscription that I canceled. The online portal is a joke. I can't see what these charges are.

Articles are stale with same ones over and over. EPilot continuously crashes or locks up. Worst of all, they deliver a weekly shopper to the doorstop that they would not stop although called 5 times. Seems like only way to stop that delivery was to cancel entire subscription. Have cancelled.
