This is a scam. I called to cancel the subscription in January. I agreed to accept delivery because I had paid through April 9. They keep charging me. I've called customer service twice in the last couple of weeks and they promise that there is no subscription, but somehow I keep owing more money for a subscription that I canceled. The online portal is a joke. I can't see what these charges are.

Articles are stale with same ones over and over. EPilot continuously crashes or locks up. Worst of all, they deliver a weekly shopper to the doorstop that they would not stop although called 5 times. Seems like only way to stop that delivery was to cancel entire subscription. Have cancelled.

Excellent news coverage of all aspects of Virginia news, politics, sports, investigations. Up to date and good quality journalism. Definitely worth the subscription for all the news it provides, plus weather warnings and breaking news.
