Stay disciplined and motivated by joining live group fitness classes, or follow along with pre-created structural workouts if you can't attend live sessions. On Mondays, Thursdays, and the middle three days of the lunar months, enhance the benefits of Sunnah fasting with customized quick cardio or high-intensity workouts.
