Was robbed off sneakers that were claimed to be delivered when they were never delivered, warehouse claims to have packaged it but denied me footage!! Superbalist is no longer the company that used to be. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, if shoes don't look like they were not worn before they are not delivered at all

i regret ordering on Superbalist. they are not transparent and there's no communication whatsoever, I can't even track my order which was supposed to be delivered today. I'm uninstalling the app and never ordering as soon as my parcel gets here. I feel insignificant, like they just want our money and nothing else. Bad business

I was quite skeptical to order from Superbalist after the negative reviews. I did give them a try. Placed an order, got an amazing deal added bonus for me a discount on the item. Received my package in 3 days has early as 7am Well done, and thank you to the delivery service. Package was well packed, with the item neatly in an inner package. I definitely will purchase again
