Forced I was a huge fan of fnb before this. I dont feel comfortable or safe banking on my phone but I'm forced to use the app or lose ebucks. Not cool fnb. But, other than my own discomfort with the idea of it, the app works well. The options when buying airtime is limited to R55 on my phone, no more, no less. That was the amount of my last purchase online so now that's all I'm allowed to buy...no data options either.
Does not respond at all The app does not respond to any selections and just scrolls FNB's own advertising. Older phone (Galaxy S5 and Android 4.4.2) but still this isn't the best digital bank standard you'd expect.
Cant cary my app over to my edge I had it on my sony but it seems the app has changed and i cant remember my username. Logged 2 requiest for call back. No one does. They blocked it on my phone and reduced my withdrawal and swipe limits because i cant remember username and no one calls me to help me
Mr Pascal I love it. I dont know when i last walked into the banking hall,all bcoz of the App. Keep it up. Anytime,anywhere,if not anyhow i transact.
I really cant rate the app fairly because most times i cant get access .its always network reated hiccups,please can you improve the app..so i can actually use it at random..
