I seem to be getting the "Your device could not connect" error when opening the app. This seems to happen when I have the FNB set in "App lock". I also cannot seem to verify any of my browsers using the app. The FNB Pay option is missing too, even though I have NFC enabled, running Nougat.
Not much more than to say than that your platforms are mostly under scheduled maintain and that there is no support if you don't have your banking app available. your pretty much screwed to get into online banking without it. I mean what's the point of having online banking if you can't get into it. My phone is in for repairs and now I need to get data but I don't have my banking app so I can't get into online banking and we'll hey your cell phone banking platform is under routine maintain, which has been for the past 2 months. But hey FNB how can we help you. Not much I guess.
Waste of space for me... I've been unable to use the app since installing it I couldn't even make payment...tried using online banking and unfortunately it sends me back to the app for approval and the app is offline ...no network since installing. It makes my life difficult I now have to go inside the bank so far I can only use cellphone banking
I enjoy using this app alot, I never had issues with it only when FNB is busy with software updates.. Whis my experience online i give this app 5 stars ..it is fast secure and smart ...i like the looks and feel Great app indeed never crushed while m working on it ..this people who gave bad reviews i think they are employed by other banks to discredit a work of are.... I wish the app can have a section of counting you monthly income and outgoing amounts quick statement Bix Pro
The app states that you have to read terms and conditions before accepting application the freezes on terms and conditions. I have tried on three different devices and get the same result
Most useless bank !, Called them 5 times before going to europe to activate my card and change my OTP primary number to my email. They promised they will do it...they didnt !!, Stuck in europe with out money because the card is not authorised ,i cant get OTPs ..because its not comming through on my email via wifi, you cant use this app unless you verify it on a PC which is retarded because you use the same login credentials ? And "my team of bankers" messaging platform.. cant assist in anything if its out of the normal procedure! Your App causes alot dead end processes please get process engineers to help you guys out
