It is not user friendly at all. It is confusing and it does not allow me to navigate from on page to the next with ease. The fact that keep forgetting how to access a particular page is very telling. Contacting you is impossible. It is not clear how I am suppose to contact you at all. When I opena request to contact you it gives me vague choices. Why doesnt the app or website have a FAQ? This app is horrible! HATE IT.

First off, there isn't even any kind of instructions like there was for the old app(which was much simpler anyway). Then, there isn't any app help or support online or in the app. Now for the issues. Every time I open the app it throws the red error up top. I can get around that by signing out and signing back in. But, then when I go to make a reimbursement request, when I try to select a date it says "No service available for this date" and I have to cancel. This has happened without fail even after updates and with any dependent selected. The old app was perfectly simple. This one is completely useless.

Can't even use it. The app has a screen when you initially sign in, which asks you to create 4 digit code, and then the save button doesn't submit the code, making logging in impossible. Samsung S22 Ultra. Update: Instead of fixing the app, Tasc wants you to call in, yeah gotta say if I could put zero stars in, I would.
