Would give zero star if i could. This Bank is the worst when it comes to waiting, come at 9:00 am and wait till 2:00 pm They don't give correct information... Most of them are both lazy and ignorant of their own bank policies. Worst service... App is the worst... Stopped working after less than a day of activation and no way to reactivate it till you go there..laughable is not enough to describe it..Never open an account here unless you want to suffer.

Was going to apply to this bank, but seeing how bad is the UI And seemingly how UX might feel, i dont think i will. heard that this bank has better exchange rate than other banks, but due to ui n ux and also most likely there isnt a safe/piggie bank feature that i frequently use with fib exist in here too

Very bad service regarding steps of activation and no option available regarding forgetting the password or login id which must be available either with email or phone number. Bad regarding sending money between accounts. Bad regarding updating the status after withdrawal money.
