TBLink is a platform designed to facilitate connection between healthcare providers.

The main goal of TBLink is to simplify the coordination of home replacements for patients by healthcare professionals.
Initially, access to the application is reserved exclusively for nurses.

Finding a replacement in our field to provide care or take charge of visits can be difficult.

It is with this in mind that TBLink was developed. Thanks to specific selection criteria, it is easy to find a replacement or offer your own services.
The platform also allows you to transfer the care of a patient, for example a patient requests care that you cannot provide for various reasons, such as geographical distance, you have the possibility of passing this request to another caregiver via the platform.
