About this app

With the TRUE MANAGER™ AIR Mobile App, TRUE METRIX® AIR Blood Glucose Meter with Bluetooth Smart technology, and certain mobile devices, you can track data to get valuable insights that link daily activity with your glucose results from the meter’s memory. Easy-to-read charts, graphs and customizable notes make understanding data actionable. Also, share data with healthcare providers, friends, and family to help manage diabetes.

Features:
o Simple to navigate logbook shows date, time, blood glucose results and event tags from meter’s memory
o Additional event tags may be added to results in addition to personal notes
o Each blood glucose result is color coded to indicate if you are within acceptable range. You may customize the ranges given to you by your healthcare professional or use the default settings, which are the established 2015 American Diabetes Association guideline target ranges (mg/dL):
YELLOW = Above Normal >130
GREEN = Normal 80-130
RED = Hypoglycemic <70
NOTE: A DOCTOR OR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL DETERMINES HOW OFTEN TO TEST AND WHAT THE TARGET RANGES ARE FOR YOUR BLOOD GLUCOSE RESULTS.

o Six Reports provide total insights:
 Average Report - View 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 and 120 day averages to review general trending and spot areas for improvement.
 Conformance Report - This report displays pre- and post- meal glucose results in a pie chart format. Each pie chart is divided into color coded sections identifying the percentage of glucose results that are above, within or below targeted ranges for each testing time.
 Glucose Trend Report - This graph can be customized by target range, date, and time to reveal patterns and to quickly identify glucose results that are too low or too high.
 Logbook Report - Review all glucose results, including control solution results, over a specific time period in chronological order.
 Modal Day/Week Report - View all results in specific time blocks per day or week. Color coded for easy review of glucose results within, above or below customized target ranges.
Summary Report – An excellent overview of glucose test results and trends in 1 easy-to-read document. (Only available with the Android App)
o Share data via PDF through email with healthcare providers, friends, and family
o Help screens are available on most pages, if assistance is needed.

COMPATIBLE DEVICES:

The TRUE MANAGER AIR App and related Software are only compatible with certain devices and certain operating systems. If you do not have a compatible device and/or operating system, you will not be able to use the TRUE MANAGER AIR App.

Ratings and reviews

Totally useless, despite my phone telling me that it is paired, the app says it can't find a meter, even in close proximity. I have managed to get it to work by switching Bluetooth off on the phone, then opening the app & then allowing the app to turn on Bluetooth. This worked a couple of times but it's back to not finding the device. Totally unreliable, useless app. I'll just stick with a 📊 in office from now on.

Connection problems. When the meter does connect then it's great but it is so infuriating that it won't connect every time. Says connected but WONT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING. This has been like thus from day one I have Samsung A70 upto date. Should have go e foe the USB cable one. With research I have found out why it won't connect and now works perfectly now. All you need to do is put on. Wifi Bluetooth Location services mobile data. Switch off meter. Start the app on phone sw on meter and will work

Refuses to connect to the meter. Does not allow for SD card storage of data ie... logbook; no desktop platform; not user friendly at all. Fix the app and make a desktop platform, don't reply to my comment with false platitudes and offers of help. I am quite tech savvy and this app is awful. No I will not buy a new phone to make the app work either.
