One of the main purposes for me for using the app was online deposits. Online deposits no longer work for me. I have received various error messages, the most recent error message says the endorsement can't be found. I have uninstalled, installed, tried different devices, talked to many bank representatives both in Bandera and Hondo. Many I have spoken with multiple times. In the past it has worked for me. Now not. I'm shopping for a new financial institution.

It's a better experience, but lacking a few features. I enjoyed seeing the balance with every transaction. It helped to keep track. A plus is that there's finally a way to manage debit/credit cards without having to call the bank. 08/2021 They finally added the balance for every transaction.

google play seriously needs to have a "0 stars" option. app wont open. starts to, then pop up message for about 2 seconds then whole thing closes down. never even made it to log-in screen. no idea who to even complain to. tried calling to request assistance. was told uninstall then reinstall. if that doesnt work, seek help from phone provider company. my company isnt in town. thanks for nothing.
