One of the worst support experiences with any company I've ever dealt with in the IT space. Stay FAR away. Even when you can show an issue with the Take Control app and wait over a month for a resolution, support will not cancel your contract in good faith. The android app can have issues passing text through to the remote device, specifically on new Samsung flagships, making it unusable for meaningful support. Edit: Their support team confirmed the bug, said they weren't fixing it anytime soon.

I have created a ton of custom scripts in the Take Control PC console, however there is no way to deploy said scripts with this app! Very frustrating! I have tried to load the admin console page in Desktop Mode on my phone and can just barely start a script but it's so small and too many steps to do it that way! When I have an active machine open on my phone there should simply be a Deploy Script menu option where I just choose the script I want and then deploy it! Shouldn't this be easy enough?

Very useful but since the update, I cannot zoom in. Zooming is really important for me because I can't see the small text on the computer and need to make sure I am clicking on the right thing.
