Great concept; I downloaded when I saw the ad the first time. Unfortunately, like all food/drink delivery apps, the prices are too jacked up to make it worth it for all but the most dedicated beer enthusiasts. Unsurprisingly, most beers are ales, a few stouts, an occasional lighter beer. Expect to spend upwards of $5 for even the cheapest options here. To make it worse, they charge $15 for shipping. App was very clean and easy to use though.

First off, this is not an app for people who are looking for cheap beer. The selection is definitely limited, however each beer is exclusive and absolutely delicious! Be aware the shipping carrier is terrible and you will run into issues. Tavour customer service team are all on different pages and takes some time for a response. Also, there is no getting a hold of someone by phone, so be prepared to be frustrated whenbyou have an issue.

This review is based solely on the application performance and customer service experience. I have emailed them twice, for a subscription charge that I opted out of at the beginning of November. I was still charged and a crate was still made. It has been a little over 8 days (with a supposed turnaround of a singular business day) with no response. I shouldn't need to charge back my card to receive my money and hopefully a response but it seems to be my only option. Otherwise decent beer app.
