dont use this app!! I never received any cancellation slots. Some appeared, and when you clicked on them, the screen went blank and wouldn't allow you to book. I logged out and cancelled my subscription straight away. I am concerned that you cannot delete account all you can do is log out, and seeing some reviews below about payments still being taken once cancelled is a worry.

Utterly useless app, was charged an automatic subscription for £4.99 every week but the app wasn't able to find me any cancellations at my practice centre. I then requested a refund because the app didn't provide me with what I paid for, and 4 weeks later, I hv yet to receive a reply back from the team!! Clearly, they don't bother with their customer service nor the refund claims, so what is the point of advertising an app that won't even work in the first place?

Is a lost. Have been paying for 1 week now, and have been having issues from day 1. Contact customer support, and I still haven't had an answer to this day. The app has been finding 2 dates that I could move the test into if : I had a notification, 2nd I did get the same error that no one has bothered to fix for a week now .... so far, this app is worthing nothing, 0 stars
