This app needs a lot of work! Most of the time the passcode doesn't work! It requires me to log in using username and password and when I check the settings, I have to set the passcode AGAIN, AGAIN, & AGAIN!! Other times it says unable to verify device and credentials for me to sign in using username and password! I thought I was the only one with these problems, but after reading the reviews, I found out many people are having these same issues. So, WHY DOESN'T TNB FIX IT?? Very disappointed!

I'm on samsung galaxy s21 fe 5g and currently this app is unusable, settings missing and certain options completely gone. Needs to be rebuilt, why is it every time I need to change my password the app just says my login is incorrect instead of just telling me to change my password?
