I am losing my hearing, and I depend on closed captioning to fully enjoy my television experience. The CW doesn't have consistent cc. It just randomly cuts off. The only way I've found to fix it is to switch from cc always to cc on replay. I then exit, hit the replay button, go back into settings, and switch to cc always. It's a HUGE pain. If this wasn't the only place to watch some of my favorite shows, I would never watch the CW again.

The app has a major navigation issue. In order to continue watching a show from the point where I left off, I have to see 2 minutes of ads before learning that I am at the wrong location. Then, when I select another point in the show, I have to immediately watch another 2 minutes of ads before finding out if I am at the right point or not. The app won't let me see where I am in a show without first displaying at least 2 minutes of ads. This makes shows nearly unwatchable and wastes time.

This app is complete trash. You get 3 full minutes ads at every ad break, which is pretty much every 4 minutes. It feels like you watch more ads than actual show. A 50 minute episode went on for over an hour and a half. You can't even fast forward in an episode without the app glitching and rewinding you to the last ad break, which you're forced to rewatch. The 10sec fast forward/rewind buttons straight up don't work. Literally the most annoying and unusable streaming service I've ever used.
