I couldn't ever log in 😣 I put in user name & pw and it would not do any thing at all. I even tried 'forgot pw' so I changed it. But still the same --frustrating!! I have points I would like to redeem, I hope this gets fixed so I can redeem my points & watch a film before it's out from the theatres.
Since newest update I can no longer log into the app, it says my username and password is incorrect, although I can go to their website and log into my account there using the exact same information. I uninstalled the app, cleared the cache data, and still the same thing. I even reset my password to a newer on and still nothing. Garbage programming from a garbage app.
Do not load this app! I see quite a few movies and like the theater chain but this update SUCKS! If I could give it a -10 stars I would. Can't log in at all. Won't let me update/change password. Can't use or review my credits online. Website is just as useless. Both are complete and utter failures. BTW the developer email address does not work. Also, the customer service phone number for Regal is not open (and will not even record a message) in the evening or on the weekend. Wow! How can that be? This is as terrible customer service as I have ever seen. Used to like the app a lot but now it's so bad that I'm thinking about going to a different theater chain. Fix it or fire the developer and the customer service department, and start over from scratch.
The newest update on 3/6/18 is terrible. I can no longer log into the app. I get an error message that my user name or password is incorrect when I try to log in. I can log onto the Regal website with my information so it clearly is correct. There is something wrong with the newest update. Before the update it was a very useful app. Please fix the issue.
App will not open and will crash when trying to open. Randomly crashes after not even opening the app as if it were already trying to run in the background. Uninstall and reinstall did not fix.
It keeps telling me my password is wrong but when I go to reset it, it tells me that I can't use a password that's already in use. So which one is it is my password wrong or is the app faulty? 😐
