“Welcome to THE EMPOWER PROJECT, a training application that goes beyond the physical. It is a connection with your body through exercise, where you will find functional, barre and cardio routines to increase your energy and feel empowered in your daily life. You will find recipes, daily routines, challenges, pregnancy and postpartum programs and collaborations with experts on the subject of wellness, meditations and healings of the soul to achieve your best version.
After suffering postpartum depression, Bettina Guisa created this method to find her way to life in this new stage; He found in exercise a way to heal, a way to discover himself again and above all a way to connect with his center day by day.
THE EMPOWER PROJECT doesn't focus on counting calories, or burning fat, or losing weight, all of that comes with routines; This is a community designed to enjoy exercise, to move day by day and find your motivation and become addicted to endorphins. It is a space where you can be you, and enjoy exercise without having to suffer, each class is different, each workout is unique; every day is a different experience.
Here you will find different types of classes from high impact, low impact, strength, Pilates, box ... You can filter your workouts depending on the muscle you want to work, the time you have to train, but especially the mood you are in and how you want to get out after your workout.
