TobizMP(Mobile Platform) Invoicing App Basic version is an easy to use mobile Point Of Sale (POS) app designed to help business communities to generate tax invoice anytime, anywhere.
With affordable price, everyone can utilise the latest technology in their smart phone and enjoy big benefits from cloud storage and Wifi enabled services.
TobizMP Basic features are:
• Runs on smart phone with Android 5.0 & above.
• High investment fee is not required as the pricing of this app is based on annual subscription instead of perpetual license.
• Works in offline mode. Using a wifi-enable printer, user can issue and edit invoices at real time without depending much on back office support.
• The format of tax invoice issued contains all of the required information set by Malaysia GST legislation.
• Single or multi-users mode is allowed.
• Build-in camera in smart phone can work as barcode scanner.
• User can sync their data to our cloud based web portal and keep track the sales from multiple locations in real-time via PC, tablet or smart phone.
• Sales data stores in the cloud, wherein user can access it via smart phone or PC in real time.
• All sales data are tagged with GPS location.
• Assign customers to different device.
• Inventory module. Keep track of loading stocks to lorry/van and able generate return note.
• Export sales data in CSV or Excel format.
