The prizes are good once you've saved up enough, but it takes ages to get points. At least half the time, the "survey is full" or "you do not match the profile" that the survey wants, so you don't get any points. Edit: they have recently "updated" their website. It looks different, but it doesn't work any better than before. In fact, it probably works worse because half the time it says "your request failed to complete" and won't load the page.

As each survey we offer is targeted towards a very specific demographic, you might not always qualify. To minimize your chances of being disqualified from our studies please keep all your profiles completed and updated every six months. If you encounter technical issues, our support team remains available via the "Contact Us" feature in the app.

Great UI. Always lots of high paying surveys. Get to payment threshold pretty quickly. My only problem would be that once you cash out they send you and email saying that your gift card will take 1-2 weeks, that would be alright if the gift card actually turned up. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my £5 Amazon Gift Card, I had two emails saying my order had been cancelled, so I went back into the app and used my refunded points to cash out again, and got another email saying it will take 1-2 weeks.

Good rewards. If their website worked properly, it would be quite easy to earn points. Unfortunately every time I use the website or app there are issues. Messages to come back later, error messages, time spent completing surveys, but not getting registered for the points, and so on.Customer Service in the past were helpful. Lately they still get back to me quickly, but don't solve any issues.
