I've been using survey apps for over 10 years now, so I know what separates the good ones from the bad ones. With that being said, this app is absolutely terrible compared to others that actually work properly. I was miraculously able to get through ONE survey so far after at least 10 attempts because of so many bugs. Error screens constantly. So I went to click 'customer support' or whatever it's called and it just opens my PayPal app. NOT recommended!!

Initially my experience was very positive until it came down to redeeming/cash out. I submitted a request on November 10 and a confirmation email followed asking for a couple business days to process. Here we are nearly a month later and still no payout. Also have emailed support with no response there either!! Pretty low. (Will update review if something changes.)

Awful, waste of time This app is a total waste of time. I have been stuck at just under $5 for 2 weeks despite doing several surveys. I was at $.90 and gave it 1 more try and it said that I finished and was to get money added which never happened. I contacted customer support and they emailed back saying they would look into. I still haven't heard heard anything and my balance never corrected. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
