Very convenient and much cheaper way to get around Kathmandu if you are alone and dont want to pay high Rs for taxi. Pick your pickup and drop off point and you will see the price. Simple. The motorcyclist gives you a call before they come to pick you up. And can be tracked on the app. The in-app map is very good at locating street names. Runs smooth as well. Hoping to see their services spread throughout other cities as well in future

I was happy on comeback of tootle. It was expected that it came with extensive improvements, but if I need to open the app, I have to uninstall and re-install it every time, otherwise crashes every single time itself as 'unfortunately, tootle has stopped', the route shown on the map is unneccessarily winding and long, also the charge is so expensive.🙄

Love the fact that tootle is a Nepali brand and has comparatively the lowest cost among all other ride sharing apps but, what's the use when the app doesn't respond when needed? Everytime I need a ride, my first choice is tootle but it doesn't respond; and I have to switch to pathao which opens up instantly. Had to face this problem everytime I open up the app.
