High Five allows anyone to offer their resources for exchange or donation, and obtain what they need through the same channel.

Once you've entered your resources into the app, other users can find them and contact you via instant messaging to negotiate an exchange or arrange a donation.

And of course, you can do the same thing the other way around: the app allows you to search through the resources that other users have entered into High Five.

A resource is:
- An object that is no longer needed: furniture, lamps, machines, books, etc.
- Excess materials stored: reams of paper, picture frames, palettes, paint cans, etc.
- The use of a service you provide: equipment rental, transportation, meeting space, etc.
- Anything else you want to exchange or give to other app users

By using High Five, you can find what you need without spending any money, and you can meet people near you!
