LIBRARY WITH MORE THAN 2,700 EXERCISES
With a growing library of over 2,700 exercises and variations, you'll always have the tools you need to train.
ORGANIZED BY MUSCLE GROUPS
From the home screen, you can select the muscle group you want to train to access the entire catalog of exercises available for that particular muscle.
EASY FILTERS
Our three main filters:
- THAT
- WITH WHAT
- WHERE
They will make you find quickly, easily, and intuitively the exercises available for a muscle group (chest, back, shoulder...), the specific tool you want to use (bars, dumbbells, kettlebells...) and/or a place to train ( floor, bench, machine...)
EXERCISE CODE
WE INNOVATE and integrate an “exercise code” with which you can easily access and share an exercise without having to write or describe the full name.
INTUITIVE DESCRIPTION OF THE EXERCISE
WE INNOVATE and establish and standardize the name of the exercise in four sections that we separate into four lines so that you intuitively UNDERSTAND and LEARN the exercise:
-First Line: NAME OF THE EXERCISE
-Second Line: WHAT THE EXERCISE IS DONE WITH.
-Third Line: WHERE THE EXERCISE IS DONE.
-Fourth Line in parentheses: (HOW THE EXERCISE IS DONE).
FIVE POINT DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
With a Five Instruction system, you can easily understand the correct way to perform an exercise:
-FIRST INSTRUCTION: What tool do you take and/or where do you go to do the exercise.
-SECOND INSTRUCTION: How do you position yourself to begin the exercise.
-THIRD INSTRUCTION: How do you perform the first movement.
-FOURTH INSTRUCTION: How do you perform the second movement and return to the initial position.
-FIFTH INSTRUCTION: How to perform the repetitions.
BREATHING INDICATORS
Breathing is a fundamental part of performing any exercise correctly. Breathing correctly makes you have more resistance and a little more strength and/or power. That is why we INNOVATE and add “breathing indicators” which will clearly tell you in which movement to breathe and in which movement to exhale.
MUSCLES WORKED
Each exercise has indicator buttons for main muscles and secondary muscles. Pressing these buttons will open a diagram that will show you which muscles are involved in that exercise.
DETAILED ANIMATION WHEN TURNING THE DEVICE
By turning the mobile device horizontally, you will discover an animated video that will show you how to perform the exercise.
