Since the last firmware update. swarm II app no longer connects to the transmitter. 'connection failed' message every time. I've tried every possible fix. and nothing has worked. headsets still work with xbox and pair via Bluetooth to my phone. But all in-app functions are now inaccessible. And yes, I know that both dongles should be in at the same time. Still doesn't make a difference. have submitted a ticket to turtle beach.

I'm using this with my switch but it's a nightmare. the volume goes up down in segment instead of at your desired level. the thing changes settings on its on and it keeps losing connection with my switch so I need to pause the game pull out the part that goes in the switch wait 5 minutes the put back in and pray it allworks. the most expensive headset I have and the worst I have. avoid like the plague.

All bad reviews are due to others not understanding you need to have both dongles connected to your console and headset upon first launch of the app for the firmware update. (I also connected to my phone itself just in case). Outside of that; app is easy to use and gives you the ability to change your mic sensitivity, soundgate, sound equalizer, button layout, etc.
