Requires full access to location data to work at all. "Only when open" doesn't work (probably the source of much of the complaints). So I don't trust it at all. Turtle beach is undoubtedly selling all its customers out. So I fixed the EQ on my headset from the awful "signature sound" default setting and I'll keep it in the oubliette until I want to change a setting again.

The app is simple and nice to use, and when everything works, it's awesome. Those times are few and far between. I bought the Turlte Beach Gen 2 Max Xbox Version to use with my Xbox and most of the time, the 2nd volume wheel resets to mic monitoring not chat volume and i turn my headset on and off til it works. Now, that won't work anymore, even though I'm trying to fix it via the app, nothing. The compatability needs a total rework, and settings need to be saved upon turning off and on again.

Tommy Weeks
The app worked fine at first, but now after a few months of usage it gets stuck on the "Get Connected" screen. The load bar rapidly shoots up over and over and never takes me to the audio hub. The headphones connect to my phone and ps5 just fine, but I can't change the settings or anything while I use them, which leads to the Mic Monitor not working most of the time. I've tried uninstalling the app, updating the firmware, resetting devices, everything. Anyone know how to fix this??
