App is not working at all. Still not working (Update on 26/08/2024). Please check on priority. The app is not working since last one month. Not able to do any banking transaction via app. I have reinstalled the app 4 times with cache clear. Still same issue. Also, usb debugging not activated at my app. There are lot of negative reviews available at app store regarding app not working after update release. Please check on it urgently. Screenshot taking is not allowed at the app. Already mailed.

We regret the inconvenience caused.Try clearing the cache or reinstalling the app. Kindly disable the usb debugging mode in your phone.In case the issue still persists, kindly send the error screenshot to uco.mbanking@ucobank.co.in along with the contact details so that the issue can be checked at our end.

I'm extremely frustrated with the UCO Bank app, which requires an OTP for every single transaction. This repetitive process is irritating and inefficient. To make matters worse, the app fails to autopickup the OTP, forcing me to request it again. However, if I do, the app displays an error message stating that I must retry after 24 hours. This is an unacceptable waste of time. Compared to other banking apps, UCO Bank's app falls short.

Not able to open. Always getting a security alert to disable VPN. Went to the branch got it re-registered. Again after a few days, not able to open the app. Again I get the security alert message asking me disable VPN, Which I never have or had.

For Enhanced Security reasons, mBanking App would not work if VPN software is active on the mobile device.
