Your mobile deposit app has been having issues for months now and has yet to be resolved. When you try to take a picture it closes prior to you being able to line up the check. This is the same issue I've called in about and the rep informed me that their is no issues with the app. I deleted the app and reinstalled it 3 times and still have the same issue. If you are not going to fix it please let your members know as they can seek other banking solutions where they can actually deposit checks.

This app is barebones, the services are non-existent, and customer service is absolutely useless. You would have an easier time talking to a brick wall. I tried to order a check through the app I was forwarded to an automated machine, which forwarded me to an external number, put me on hold for an hour and then proceeded to hang up. tried to call again and get a call back but the call back also put me on hold for an hour. Avoid at all costs

The only thing I really need from this app is the ability to deposit the occasional check remotely. This feature has been broken for months. In March 2023 UNFCU said it would be fixed in a couple days. It's been two months and the app still shuts down when I try to take a photo of the check. The last update appears to be from December 2022.
