Our fitness classes consist of indoor rhythmic cycling, strength training, and a combination of both. These classes are designed to build not only your physical strength but also your mental and emotional strength. At UNION, we believe that if you work hard to accomplish your fitness goals in the studio, it will prepare you to conquer life’s challenges outside of the studio.
