FAQ:

Q: Why NaturaTest app asks for a full residential address? Local representative info could be obtained by a zip code.
A: It's not always possible to get a local representative by a zip code, e.g. try an infamous 90210 or most of NY zip codes at official https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative, you'll see they overlap multiple congressional districts. Congressional districts may be different even for houses on the same street. So the only way to get your representative is by entering a full residential address, including house number. This info is not stored anywhere in app and is used only once, to fetch data. Also you can SKIP entering your full address and\or put some dummy address in your state, then your representative question will be excluded from the test.

Q: Is there a 2021 version of the Civics Test available?
A: No. Please note: beginning on April 19, 2021, USCIS will only offer the 2008 civics test at the initial interview appointment regardless of filing date.

Q: I've provided an alternate valid response, but NaturaTest didn't accept it.
A: Although USCIS is aware that there may be additional correct answers to the 100 civics questions, applicants are encouraged to respond to the civics questions using the answers provided in the test.

Access to the devices around? No, thanks. Update: developers reached out to me in regards of the issue saying no access - no problem but the problem is that as soon as I refuse giving an access - application just exit hence the frustrations.

Hello! The app requests an access to Bluetooth devices to simplify a hands-free user experience. It's very handy to listen and reply to questions using a headset. UPD. App crashes after rejecting BT permissions sounds like a bug. Please try the latest version (1.4.12 68) where this bug is fixed. Thanks.

Hello! Thanks for your feedback! Could you check the newly released version (1.4.4+52)? Also it looks like your phone model doesn't support Google Speech Recognition and Text Reader features and\or you haven't granted permissions on init. Please let me know if you still experience issues: support@acme.im
