Book a taxi in under 10 seconds and experience a stress-free service from United Cars. With our brand new and exciting app, you can see how many cars are available at the time of booking. There will be no standing in the cold as you can track the driver when the car is on route, or call them when they are nearby.
Make your bookings hours, days, or weeks in advance, whenever is the most convenient for you, if necessary you can also cancel and amend your bookings at any time.
You can save time and book within seconds as you can make a booking from your ‘favourites’ list.

Our app is quick as easy to use, especially on the go! It is perfect at parties and functions as you can book and manage your booking without having to miss any of the action by trying to find a quiet area to make a phone call! Our smart booking software will suggest your most recent pick up locations. Once you have made your bookings we will notify you by our SMS text back service and will send you a push notification as soon as your car has been dispatched, this will give you all the information you need including the registration plate, Make, Model and vehicle colour. We will also send you a second notification when your car is outside of your chosen location.

Ratings and reviews

I tried this app (i had another taxi company in thanet but decided to switch). I installed the app, created an account and wait for the verification message. It did not arrive so I requested this again a couple of times (it also started showing a phone not in use warning), and then now it says user blacklisted. Get your app fixed, otherwise you are just going to loose costumers.. as it is is a waste of time.

Booked at taxi 10 hrs in advance, then called them later on to ensure the taxi was confirmed. But they left us stranded in the cold for 40 mins with kids in below 0° with no information or any indication of help. !!.

Made a booking 2 hours before and rang up 5 times to hear that it would be a 5 minute wait, 35 minutes later and still waiting, if you use this app you are the last to be served as they prioritise all phone calls
