The functionality of this app has improved significantly over the past few months, although you still get the occasional bug. When it works correctly, the user experience is great. If you are close to the pickup/drop-off stops, it is almost as fast as Uber and much cheaper. Drivers are kind, although they could drive a bit more cautiously. Internet on the vans can be intermittent. Seats aren't bad, but could be a bit more spacious. This has become my go-to option when I have to visit Santa Fe.

The app is fine, the service is not reliable. They work on a tight schedule. If the driver is delayed he doesn't pick up the passengers, and reports no show, obviously no return policy for no shows.

It is a super service, transportation is luxurious, is clean is comfortable is fresh, it has the adequate amenities, driver (Raymundo PU16) is super kind and punctual and he follows the protocols, it really works well. I am very happy with this service. Very recommended.
