Ratings and reviews

The application has several bugs. Sometimes it shows the assigned numbers, and at other times, it displays vehicle numbers. It should consistently show both for better tracking. Additionally, the notifications for boarding and deboarding are inaccurate. They are tagged to a location rather than reflecting the child's live tracking. Please address these issues, as they are basic expectations from any tracking application.

For past one year, this app didn't run on my phone despite tech support's efforts. When it finally worked last week, probably after an update, first thing I am asked is to rate it. And it is not allowing me to submit when I select two points through the app. Especially took out time to come to playstore and give this feedback to the tech team - be more proactive, updates should be incremental don't make customers wait for a year else this is all you will get.

There are lots of issues with the latest version of the App. Firstly, it doesn't show the status of the bus on the map, Secondly, if you log out and reinstall to relogin, it doesn't allow you to relogin and gives the message "Error while Login". This needs to be addressed.
