The Neo Tracking app is helpful for tracking the school bus, but it’s often unreliable. Some days it doesn’t work at all, forcing drivers to share live location on WhatsApp. This causes a lot of inconvenience for parents. Please make the app more stable — it’s critical for ensuring kids’ safety.

It was very nice app. It tracks my bus perfectly. but I feel the ui a bit odd but it's ok.Bus tracking was perfect

NeoTrack have not taken any concent from parents during data collection. Also the details showing in the app are wrong and there is no option to rectify it.
