Ratings and reviews

Most of the time tracking doesn't work. Not sure if the issue is with the app or the school. The most funny thing is that it sends you a very loud message that the bus is arriving soon only after it leaves the stop. Tracking doesn't work, and when it works notifications do not.

world 's worst tracking app. every session you have to setup and. contact customer care. they put ai in their name :) without knowing basic os app building

Update on 5-Feb-26: The support team reached out to me very promptly after raising the concern and resolved the issue on priority. Appreciate the support team for their quick turnaround and diligent follow up. Update on 2-Feb-26: Earlier tracking used to work well. After the bus changed in Jan'25, tracking is showing incorrect location of the bus. Even after raising a request on the app, the issue was marked as resolved without actually fixing it. Will update once the issue is really fixed.
