Update on 5-Feb-26: The support team reached out to me very promptly after raising the concern and resolved the issue on priority. Appreciate the support team for their quick turnaround and diligent follow up. Update on 2-Feb-26: Earlier tracking used to work well. After the bus changed in Jan'25, tracking is showing incorrect location of the bus. Even after raising a request on the app, the issue was marked as resolved without actually fixing it. Will update once the issue is really fixed.

it's really convenient since it not only helps in tracking the vehicle but gives an additional alarm when it's nearing the pickup or drop points

It is showing wrong location of the bus sometimes don't trust it all ways be on your stop 5 to 10 min before your boarding time
