I appreciate the fact that this software integrates with MyCase, but that is about the only good thing I can say about it. It is horrible from a basic functionality standpoint. There is no way to search for anything other than your contacts. You can't search messages or calls. There is significant delay in the phone calls. The app runs terribly on Samsung phones - currently I can't even compose a text message to a new number. And we get more spam calls than we did before.

Hi Ravi, Thanks for your review. We're releasing improved filtering for messages and calls in ~2 months as a step on the way to fully-fledged search. We're aware of the issues on Android (FYI they do not exist on iOS) and are working on them. Generally speaking VXT does not have an impact on the number of calls you receive. Best, Luke

Don't usually do reviews but felt the need to rate this app. Had a hiccup setting it up, but support got back to me twice and I now have it up and running. And what a gem of an app it is. Saves me so much time, and frustration. I get around 30 calls per day, sometimes I'm driving or working and can't get to the phone so being able to quickly go through my voicemail is fantastic! Would be nice if I could select more than one message at a time to delete them but that's a small thing. Good work!

Unfortunately as others have said, this works great when it does, then one day it'll stop and you'll have no idea why you're not getting voicemails anymore. Their support tried to blame it on my call forwarding settings and then my carrier. I sent them an audio recording of their own voice actor telling my callers they can't leave a message, and they stopped responding to my emails (but haven't fixed it and will keep charging me). Stay away.

Hi John. I couldn't find any support tickets with your name. Assuming you are a Telstra customer there is currently an outage with conditional call forwarding on their network. They are failing to include the diversion header which is required for us to identify who a vm is for. We encourage you and other Telstra customers to cancel your VXT sub.
