I downloaded this because I was having issues with my T-Mo Voicemail. I've used it for quite awhile with no issues. I'm not sure if there was an update recently (I didn't look) but this app is trash now. Ok, it does let me receive VM's. But the app constantly sends me notifications of new VM's when there aren't any. It's really annoying.
Ridiculous You have this option to view spam messages and deleted messages yet no matter how many times I try to select it the screen never will open it. This worked so much better with my iPhone and it has been nothing but trash on Android!
Does its job, and we'll. But it's kinda bland, it could use a face-lift from a talented designer. Also, $60 per yr isn't really a lot, but is it as good as Pandora, for instance, w the same price? Or Doit.im, a fantastic organizer that costs half that? Not really. Edit: 2/22/17: Updated design, faster in every way, and they even fixed the speakerphone glitch. 5 stars!
I'm getting the voice mail verification message but when people call me and I end the call the YouMail message doesn't chime in, their ringer simply stops ringing and just dead noise. Ring, ring, ring, nothing, nothing, nothing. No lady voice message telling the caller to leave a message. Actually the lady voice message does come on ONLY when my phone is powered off, that's all. I have Total Wireless from Walmart and I had it working once before choosing Verizon or Page Plus but not it doesn't. Please tell me what I can do to fix this and I'll change to 5 stars. Thanks
Caller does not hear a coherent message even though Professional Message selected. No one responds from support except if you upgrade. Others say that upgrade does not work right either. Such potential misses due to insufficient testing by the developer.
I don't find this app very user friendly at all. I like the app, I want to use it but I end up spending tons of time activating it, trying to add blocked called and programing greetings. It just needs to be simple.... Missed call from someone you don't want, you should simply be able to select and add to blocked list... Easy right - NO. You need to copy and paste the number manually, sometimes it'll auto reject #s on its own.
Improvements all around!
- Phone won’t ring for known spammers and robocallers
- Known spammers and robocallers hear “out of service” message
- New history tab shows call outcomes
- Various bug fixes including cut off audio.
