The Vector EHS (formerly IndustrySafe) Mobile App allows you to easily conduct EHS inspections and record incidents, with or without web access. You can use your own checklists, or download a variety of pre-built checklists that are available within the app, including facility safety, vehicle safety, fire safety, forklift safety, ladder safety checklists, and more. Record multiple types of incidents, including near misses, vehicle and environmental incidents, and employee and non-employee injuries.

Great enterprise solution for us. We have divisions, areas, the jobs managed by managers, general foremen, foremen. We also have about every job title as well. This tracks it all. Best to you all!

Blank screen when adding corrective action. Have tried different users on different android devices and this issue continues to happen. This has been happening for the last 48 hours.

Hard to navigate. Useful for work, horrible developed program. The programers obviously don't speak English well.
