I have to reinstall the app every couple of months because notifications stop working. There's been a lot of times where it'll load all the extra content like videos/books but not the most important part: updates for my son while at daycare. It also sometimes crashes when trying to look at photos. I hate using this app so much

Overall the application of the app is great. I love being able to see pictures, what she ate for lunch, and so many other events and options. However, the app crashes almost immediately after I open it. I've uninstalled and installed it multiple times and it still happens. It makes it hard for me to enjoy the app for what it is intended for if it constantly crashes.

I like the ability of getting notifications on what my baby is doing throughout the day. It was hard to navigate to that section of the app as it's hidden almost within the public facing part. However it often seems slow to load - I get a notification and when I open the app that notification isn't in the list of what's happening (food, diaper change, etc). I also don't know if it's the app or my school but the door pass never works for me, and I have all the permissions set, Bluetooth on, etc
