You can not click on buttons, you can not login, you can not do anything from the app. I have come back after 2 months to see if anything had changed but nope, still not working. Very very poor service from Vestel. Shame.

The app is very good and useful, but a bit slow. Some times the air conditioner disconnected, then I realized that happened only when the electric cuts off even if for very short time. To fix the issue I had to remove the air conditioner from the app, then cuts the power off to reset the settings, then adding it again. The air conditioner I have is flora doğa, I don't know if this happen with other models. Never got an issue with the washing machine.

no working app while device activation!!!! cant use geo location normaly and cant choosing district and other info manually.
