I've had Gosund products for several years now & have decided, once these expensive things wear out, I'm just going back to regular ones. The hassle isn't worth it, even for someone with my health problems. If the app isn't randomly kicking my devices off the network, failing to connect to my WiFi when everything else is fine, or forgetting to run an automatic scene, it's asking me to confirm actions I've programmed it to do. "TAP to run" means just that, not tap 2x. Customer service is a bot🙄

Everytime you log into the app you get a pop-up for the latest "sale". The way to close it is to search for the small hidden black "x" somewhere on the screen. Soooo so annoying when all I want to do is turn my lights on or off. If I wanted to shop, I can shop within the app just fine. The pop-ups are going to drive me away from this app and service. I want convenience, like they advertise in all their app screenshots on the app stores. This is a hinderence and certainly not a convenience!

Worked great for a month! There was an app update the other day and ever since then... My lights are turning on and off at all hours of the day and night. The worst is my bedroom lights coming on 3 times while I'm sleeping. I reached out to the customer service email. I don't want to delete the app and reconfigure all my devices. (there's almost 10) An error message at the top of the screen says network unavailable. But my network is fine and I can control the devices with my phone.
