Good app! Some of the functionality takes a while to learn, and still working some of it. Nice to find a simple score keeper though!

This is really good. One problem is that the pitch count does not start over when the pitcher is changed, but overall this is great.

Thank you for using Visco mobile.
Regarding the issue of the pitch count not resetting, it is possible that the method for inputting is incorrect.
Please try changing the pitcher through "Change Fielder" instead of editing the team information.
The "Enter Change Player" topic in the Feature guide may be helpful as a reference.

Can't get runner on base either walk or hit. Cumbersome to load information and navigate app.

If you don't know how to enter the play, please refer to the in-app help or Feature guide, or contact us via "Feedback and Support" > "Inquiry Form" in the app.
Also, if you could let us know specifically what parts are difficult to use, we can consider making improvements.
