Why do I have to buy a new package again when I already have an active one? Why not just provide a simple upgrade package feature instead? It’s confusing and inconvenient for users.

this app and it's website is a scam, already brought the package but the live streaming is not available, try to reach the customer service but only got bot that tell you to restart the web and the app, really bad experience, trash.
