Honestly, my experience with Vitruvian has been overall very good. I don't think the software is quite at the same caliber as the hardware, and I don't believe they properly test their software updates, so you are the one testing it for them. If you don't have a subscription, you don't get basic safety features like audio alerts. However, I do love echo mode and some of the programs they offer. I find the machine pushes me more than I'm used to. Overall, if you hate the gym then I'd recommend it

The app for Chromecast w/Google TV stopped working weeks ago. Despite reporting the issue and Vitruvian acknowledging it, there is still no update on getting it working again. The service I pay for monthly stopped working temporarily. Now, I get up to work out, open the app on my phone and it says no network connection despite my phone having no network connection problems. I used to love this, and now I am thinking it is time to ditch this system and service.

The vitruvian shuts itself off if it hasn't been in use for a period of time (I often stop to care for my infant). When this happens, I have to fully close the app, losing my workout progress, and turn the machine on and off twice before it will allow a successful re-connection. Takes forever. The workout will quit out when you hit the back arrow and does not save your place in the workout. Needs a bookmark. Subscription is ridiculosly priced. I'd pay $10 tops
