Finally, a Chromium-based browser with working, encrypted sync that doesn't use Google. There are a couple of problems, however: LastPass sees Vivaldi as an app, not as a browser, so it doesn't take the URL into account and therefore offers no accounts to log into. And there's no easy way to allow third-party cookies on a per site basis. That said, the return of proper sync alone after years in the Brave wilderness makes the switch worthwhile, but it's only on the desktop that Brave comes into its own, with web panels, tab stacking and tiling, built in window capture, sending of tabs to remote devices, and a very detailed level of configurability.

Hello Vivaldi, thank you for the bookmark import-export option, 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I download movies from movie websites like katmovieshd on the Vivaldi browser. Ads are properly blocked, but when I click on the movie link, instead of the link page, it redirects to some other page like parimatch, 1 win, etc. Please fix this, like Brave and Opera browsers, which do not redirect to unnecessary websites.

Fast, reliable, flexible on Nothing Phone 3a. Minor UX tweaks needed for menu usage, maybe customisation options for the quick menu and a larger menu button. Would love a list-form custom menu. Edit: Upon updating the app and going through it, I realized that the integrated ad blocking now works for sites I previously would have needed uBlock for. 5 stars given and set as default browser now.
