Ratings and reviews

App will not stay open long enough to load account or vehicle data. However, every 5 seconds I get an annoying pop-up asking me to rate the app when I'm trying to load data. So, here's your one-star rating that was more important than your customer trying to use the app. Update: Even after rating this app, I still get pop-up requests to rate the app again. I'm 30 minutes into spending nearly $200 for the device and subscription and I feel like I've been scammed.

The GPS is pretty handy. Although it was shutting off and on or "lost power" randomly. Unfortunately, I don't have any services with them anymore cause I can't get ahold of anyone. The tech services suck so bad, and doing the "ticket" system to let them know to give you a call back is pointless cause it's been almost 7 months with no response. My advice is to use a different gps service that tracks in real time.

Update: I updated to version 1.9.0.7. They have added even more features such as Fuel savings, Amazon deal finders based on my saved choices. Everything else works just fine. Review in 2019: I have been using Vyncs for the past two years. It has loads of features compared to many other competing apps. The location is always on the spot. The trips are perfect and never missed any. The price is the best in the market. Would recommend to anyone.
