• Manage your accounts and loans in a single, streamlined application
• Get push notifications for account balances, transactions, and more
• Enroll in Bill Pay to see your eBills and make payments
• Add other members’ accounts or your own accounts at other institutions to send money
• Schedule one-time or recurring transfers
• Deposit checks from anywhere
• Apply for loans, credit cards, or open an account
• Freeze/Unfreeze your credit and debit cards to temporarily lock them yourself

mostly wonderful: I am not able to log into the app, have tried several times, and get error messages that say call this phone number, there is currentlya problem. I called customer service to let them know AND more importantly, to check my balance--something i have never before had any issues with. Hope you fix it soon!

Bill Pay needs work. Too many clicks to get to the screen where you can pay a bill, you always have to select a date rather than defaulting to first available, and the confirmation number is not displayed so i need to log into the web portal if i want to note that in an invoice. Other than that, the app works fine for checking balances, depositing checks, and transferring money between accounts.

Up until this point I've never had a problem with the app. The latest update has made it incompatible with my device (samsung galaxy s8) so I can no longer access it. I understand I can log in through the browser, but it works very poorly and makes it a real hassle. Really disappointed there wasn't consideration for those of us whose older phones work perfectly fine. Hopefully in the future wecu will work to support all users.

On 9/5, our mobile platform provider removed support for Android 9 & 10 due to their end-of-life status and lack of further security updates. We recognize this was premature and without sufficient notification. After listening to your feedback and working with our development partners, we are reinstating support with version 32.21.1. Available now.
