awful experience, I have a woo number with an account I created with email and password, each time I login I get a brief look at my account, I can see the number then it redirects to another page that says this page is unavailable, fechar, then back to the same login page. I just want to top up the account but I guess I can't so I'll abandon this number. waste of time

This company is a joke. They can't contact you by the phone number issued by Woo themselves! It takes more than a WEEK to fix a broken router. And, the most hilarious, they can't email you invoices! Water supply companies are better with tech than these people! Stay away from them!

Terrible app, no English support, chat doesn't recognise English, no phone number to call. No emails received to set up sim card, just kept getting locked out of the app. Very poor.
